What is KeyMagic®

KeyMagic® is a high performance and easy to handle tool for convenient and efficient planning and administration of locking systems independent of the number, size, manufacturer and system. Since 1993 KeyMagic® is a joint venture between Devotec Engineering AG and Oberrauter Security Consulting GmbH in Zürich. Different versions are available, depending on your needs and wishes, for example Small, Medium, Standard and Plus. Very great importance is placed upon user friendliness. This has been achieved on the one hand by using the graphic user interface Windows, and on the other hand by means of the integrated Online Help, which can be activated at all times simply by clicking on the menu option Help.

Economical

KeyMagic® is the core tool for an economical planning and management of a modern security system. If someone still uses excel or word programs to make a keyplan, is simply wasting time and money. For many years now, manufacturers of security systems are able to receive KeyMagic data online over the internet strait into production. Furthermore every system owner can use those same data for a complete keyplan management in their organization.

Individual

KeyMagic® offers individual definable screen masks, listings and documents for your requirements.

Unique

KeyMagic® is able to manage both your mechanical keyplan (keys and cylinders) as well as programming your electronic access control components (cards and readers). The systems implemented are Kaba elostar, Kaba elolegic, SEAvision and SEAvision focus.

Efficient

KeyMagic® has an open interface (KWD) to import and export data. Key and cylinder data from manufacturers can be imported and exported via Internet or email free of charge.

KeyMagic® since 1993 more than 5000 programs are sold worldwide. It is therefore one of the most popular keyplan management systems on the globe. Available in 5 languages (german, english, french, italian, dutch).

On request for a small charge, we look after our customer security system data online.

Interface to Door management systems

Since the year 2005 we have a joint venture with CADMEC AG (Tuermatrix.ch) specialized in CAFM-systems connect KeyMagic with the internet user interface doormanagement.
